Tenant Information

This is a secured home in a gated community.  Once you have reserved the home, keys, security code, and gate code will be assigned to you.

Telephone
Calls within the United States are free of charge.  However, international calls and overseas calls will be billed to you.

Internet
Free wireless internet is available, but please be aware that there is no computer at the property to use; you must bring your own laptop to connect to the internet.

Pool & Spa
You may use the pool and spa directly down the street to the left or any pool and spa in the complex.  The closest pool is the adult pool, which has its own special key.  The other two pools are family pools, which also have their own keys.

Tennis Courts & Basketball Courts
Tennis courts and basketball courts are free to use at any time without any additional cost.

Pest Control
Each month Dewey Pest Control comes out to spray.  They will usually call prior to coming.

Trash Pick-Up
Please take note of which container is for trash and which is for recyclables.  Trash and recyclables are picked up on Thursday morning.  If you are at eh property on Thursday, please put the bins out on the street.  Do not leave trash in the garage.  The desert has a problem with unwanted pests and we do not want to encourage them!
